  • Standards-based — Omilia’s Hosted IVR service operates in a native SIP (Session Initiated Protocol) environment. All of our applications are VXML and CCXML based. Omilia’s solution supports all of the World Wide Web Consortium standards for IVR and Speech.
  • Reports and analytics — All Hosted IVR services include access to a wide number of operational reports and call detail records. Customers that purchase customizable packaged speech applications will have access to an expanded package of call analytics concerning application trends, engagement rates, completion rates and similar performance criteria.
