Omilia, which specializes in speech self-service solutions, with extensive experience in the design and development of Voice Portals, designed and implemented the Voice Banking application for Bank of Cyprus.
Specifically, the solution was implemeted for both Cyprus and Greece, in cooperation with IBM Italia S.P.A.
The Voice Banking application is designed to be suer friendly, offering the ability to make transactions and receive information about accounts, products and services. It is a state-of-the-art service, available to the public on a 24x7 basis.
